A Premier Pickleball Facility

With over 50,000 square feet dedicated to the sport, The Pickle Lodge offers 17 indoor courts (and 6 outdoor courts on the way) to suit players of all skill levels. Whether you're a seasoned pro or picking up a paddle for the first time, it's the perfect place to test your skills or just have some fun.

Along with their pickleball dedicated, individually-fenced indoor courts, the facility also includes spacious lounge areas, plenty of seating for spectators, an in-house restaurant and bar, and two private meeting spaces. You can shop plenty of pickleball merch and equipment as well!

Introduced to pickleball by a former co-worker, it wasn’t until Mitch experienced playing on vacation that Mitch became fully captivated by the sport. "I was intrigued immediately by the social nature of the sport and the desire to learn something new that I had never done before," Mitch says, "The sport has an addictive quality that is unparalleled."

His #1 pickleball tip for new players is to be patient and push through the early learning curve. He says once you get past the initial frustration that is inherent with learning any new sport, the learning curve is actually very gentle— and the rewards of playing pay off very quickly.

Dine, Drink + Dink

After a game, there's nothing like hanging out and enjoying a cold brew and slice of pizza!

The Pickle Lodge offers dining from the local favorite, Two Cities Pizza. Bringing the flavors of New York and Chicago, you can choose between their famous deep-dish or a classic, thin-crust slice, and top it with a variety of fresh, high-quality ingredients.

Two Cities Pizza has earned a reputation for its creative flavor combinations and dedication to quality, making it the perfect place to refuel.

To pair with your pizza, The Pickle Lodge also partnered with a local brewery to offer their refreshing brews and a full bar. Third Eye Brewing Company is known for their innovative craft beers and also has another location in Hamilton, Ohio. 

Their rotating selection of brews cater to a variety of tastes— from hoppy IPAs to smooth stouts and everything in between. 

Mitch recommends his favorite combo; a large Thyme Square pizza from Two Cities, and a pint of Nirvana or Bust from Third Eye. 

Ways to Play

Open Play: Sessions span 2 to 3 hours and are available at various times throughout the week, ensuring there’s a convenient slot for everyone. Skill levels are divided to provide a balanced and enjoyable playtime, specifically tailored for beginners, intermediate players, and verified 4.0+ players.

Tournaments: With events scheduled throughout the year, both in-house and via third-party partners, you’ll have ample opportunities to compete.

Leagues: Leagues run throughout the week, providing ample opportunities for players of all levels to showcase their skills. Each session spans a dynamic 8-week period and is seamlessly managed through Pickleball Brackets, ensuring a seamless and organized playing experience.

Lessons: Embark on your personalized pickleball journey with private and group lessons. The Pickle Lodge's certified trainers from The Ohio Pickleball Academy are here to guide you. Browse their availability on the calendar and select a day and time that suits you best.

Membership: You do not need a membership to play at the Pickle Lodge! Non-members can reserve a court one day in advance for $10 - $14 per player/per hour. They can also participate in any Open Play Session for $12.
