Tiny Bistro is a tiny shop with a big heart in Fairfield, Ohio!

Tiny Bistro might be small in size, but it’s bursting with big flavors! Liz Glover has created a welcoming and fun atmosphere that makes it a must-visit. This charming eatery offers delicious hotdogs, chili dogs, nachos and more.

Meet Liz

Liz Glover, owner of Tiny Bistro, would drive past the small wooden building on Dixie Highway all the time, dreaming of starting her own business in the cute little building. When she saw the 'For Sale' sign in front of the building, she knew she had to take her chances and inquired about buying it. Shortly after, the building officially belonged to Liz.

Liz knew that she wanted to name her business "Tiny," but she found the missing word from the brand and building colors: black and white. Liz tells us that she when she thinks of the colors black and white, she imagines a bistro. Thus, Tiny Bistro was born!

The Menu

From the beginning, Liz knew that she wanted to specialize in hot dogs because "It's an all-American food, and everyone loves hot dogs," she tells us.

There are 5 specialty hot dogs on the menu all named after Liz's granddaughters: Leyanna, Isabella, Lauren, Adaline, and Lola. Each of the specialty hot dogs reflects their personality.
