Started by sisters Michelle Juergens and Krista Hepp, Everything but the Bottle (EBTB), is a boutique glassware shop that has everything you need to make crafted beverages at home, whether they're cocktails, mocktails, or bourbon beverages — just not the alcohol.
The idea began on a bourbon tour with a simple mocktail. Krista loved the mocktail so much but was disappointed that she couldn't find the ingredients locally to make it at home. Scoping out garnishes and flavors for speciality cocktails can be tricky, so the sisters decided to shake things up, and Everything but the Bottle was born.
The Shop
The interior of EBTB is designed to model a mid-century modern home, with a bar/kitchen area, a lounge area, and a library. This is done intentionally so that visitors can envision themselves making these drinks at home. In addition, cocktails played a key role in defining the mid-century modern era.

Making Memories, One Drink At A Time
Birthdays, girls' night, double dates, corporate events, or just because. EBTB's crafting classes offer the perfect blend of instruction, creativity, and fun. They'll provide a unique experience for you and your crew, or if you sign up for a class, you'll get the chance to meet some like-minded folks.
During this interactive mixology class, a crafting expert will teach you how to build balanced, flavorful drinks using Zero Proof and other alcohol alternatives.
