Spooky Nook Champion Mill Conference Center in Hamilton officially opened its doors in 2022. Since then, several local businesses have opened inside the historic Champion Paper Company landmark, which dates back to the late 1800s. Sara's House
Flagship Location: 254 High Street | Hamilton, OH 45011
The Champion Mill location of Sara's House is an extension of their existing storefront on High Street, although, Sara describes the new location as "having its own personality." While the boutique on High Street caters more to vintage home decor and clothing, the Champion Mill location has more grab and go items designed for out-of-town guests, including thoughtful gifts and handmade products.
Petals & Wicks
Flagship Location: 119 Main Street | Hamilton, OH 45013
Petals & Wicks at Champion Mill gives guests a fun, experiential activity to do while in-between tournaments or simply visiting the area. The new location inside Champion Mill is considerably larger than the Main Street location, allowing accommodations for a greater variety of group sizes and events.
Flub's Ice Cream
Flagship Locations: Hamilton, Fairfield, Ross
Spooky Nook is Flub's Ice Cream's fourth location, with additional locations in Fairfield, Ross, and Hamilton. This beloved ice cream shop has been serving customers for over 50 years, offering all kinds of sweet treats from soft serve and sundaes to banana splits, and 44 different flavors of their signature Cyclones.
Municipal Brew Works
Flagship Location: 20 High Street | Hamilton, OH 45011
The new 5,500-square-foot location for Municipal Brew Works is twice the size of its original location on High Street. The Champion Mill location features 24 taps, with a seven barrel system and 15 barrel fermenters. The brewery is intending to focus on small-batch production within the space, allowing them to explore types of beer that haven't yet experimented with.
