As new residents of Monroe, Swaffy's owners realized their town was in need of a local ice cream shop. Having no real experience with an ice cream business, the family took a chance. After 7 years in business, Swaffy's Ice Cream has been a continued success, creating a summer staple for family and friends.

Soft serve is a Swaffy's specialty, offering both classic and creative flavors— the blueberry is a local favorite (it tastes just like the beloved Kings Island blue ice cream!) Other popular choices include their peanut butter and cotton candy. The shop also has a big selection of toppings so you can create your perfect dessert.

Along with soft serve, the Swaffy's menu is full of options; ice cream nachos (see more below!), banana splits, specialty sundaes, milkshakes, malts, ice cream floats, and even slushies. Looking for a new delicious combo? Try the "Slushie Cream" that combines vanilla ice cream with any slushie flavor of your choice.

You can even find a specialty sundae on their menu named after a regular customer that has become one of their top-sellers. Order the B&G Sundae (pictured above) for vanilla ice cream topped with chopped bananas, crunch coat, hot fudge, peanut butter, whipped cream, complete with a cherry on top!

New menu items and flavors are regularly added, and Swaffy's latest creation quickly became a huge hit! Both kids and adults love the Ice Cream Ballpark Nachos.

The nachos come in a tray just like the one you'd receive at a baseball game— except this one is super sweet and sure to cool you off on a hot summer day.

Crisp waffle cone chips are paired with vanilla ice cream, and you can choose the rest!
